By purchasing from Club del Internet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Condition

  • Items are new, open-box, refurbished, or used, as described in each listing.

  • Photos shown are of the actual item unless otherwise stated.

  • Used and refurbished items may show normal cosmetic wear but are tested for basic functionality unless listed “For Parts / Not Working.”

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only if stated in the listing.

  • Items sold “As Is,” “For Parts,” or “No Returns” are final sale.

  • If returns are accepted:

    • Buyer must return the item in the same condition received.

    • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

  • Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

  • Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Club del Internet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Local Pickup (If Offered)

  • Local pickup must be scheduled in advance.

  • Items must be picked up within the agreed time frame.

  • No refunds for items not picked up on time unless previously arranged.

5. Warranty

  • Unless stated otherwise, items are sold without manufacturer warranty.

  • Any warranty offered will be clearly described in the listing.

  • Club del Internet does not guarantee compatibility with buyer’s specific system or setup—please verify before purchasing.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Buyer Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for:

    • Reading the full description before purchasing.

    • Confirming compatibility and specifications.

    • Asking questions before completing the purchase.

8. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

  • Serial numbers and item conditions are documented before shipment.

  • False claims, part swapping, or return abuse will be reported to eBay.

9. Communication

  • All communication must remain within eBay’s messaging system.

  • Messages are typically answered within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

10. Agreement

By purchasing from Club del Internet, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
